Chef Avery is an industry young gun offering nearly 11 years restaurant experience exclusively dedicated to the craft of pizza making. Avery has worked in New York, Neapolitan & thin-crust styles, in a variety of ovens, from high out-put commercial to artisanal wood-fired. His passion and knowledge match his high-energy and fun-loving nature. From the dough, to the sauce, to the toss (and yes, challenge him,) everyone loves Avery!
