Chef Avery is an industry young gun offering nearly 11 years restaurant experience exclusively dedicated to the craft of pizza making. Avery has worked in New York, Neapolitan & thin-crust styles, in a variety of ovens, from high out-put commercial to artisanal wood-fired. His passion and knowledge match his high-energy and fun-loving nature. From the dough, to the sauce, to the toss (and yes, challenge him.)

We have recently welcomed him as our Lead Assist for our diverse array of culinary class offerings. Avery brings fresh approaches to our curriculum and an aptitude that encourages student success.
