TEAM BUILDING & PRIVATE EVENT BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
*Payment is due as indicated on your invoice, most generally by the following day. Payments are made by credit card via the Stripe platform. Other payment arrangements must be discussed prior to booking. Please note that we do not work on terms, thank you. Your date is not secured until payment is made per due date on the invoice. We cannot hold dates. Your understanding is appreciated as we are a small business and this policy helps keep us operating.
*Dates are secured through payment. We cannot hold dates without payment. Dates/classes are paid upfront per the terms of our invoice sent to you via the Stripe platform.
*Approved additional students, (outside of the original invoiced count,) must be paid for prior to the event. We will otherwise only set-up for/serve the original count.
* Full refund with notification 7 days prior to the event.
* 50% refund with notification after 7 days and up to 2 days prior to the event.
* No refund with notification within 48 hours of the event.

Day of the event:
BYOB welcome, we provide the glasses, ice, openers and dedicated chilling fridge.
Please park anywhere along New York Avenue.
Kindly be mindful to not park in front of our neighbors’ driveways, note that some are unpaved and are only indicated by a break in the curb/sidewalk.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event.
We highly recommend students be there at least 15 minutes early to chat, wash up, and find seating.
