This menu features fun dishes inspired by Austin’s most popular food trucks!

These three substantial appetizers explore palate development, knife skills and traditional cooking techniques while revealing key trade secrets to produce restaurant, or food truck, quality dishes.

With no formal closing dinner, this abridged class offers a fun, eat-as-you-go format, different from our standard Pricky Pear cooking class models, and at a more accessible price point.

Create your own guacamole “supreme.” Tailor your heat to taste pulling from a line-up of add-ins that will make your appetizer your own.

Fire up some corn to make one of Austin’s most popular street food, Elotes! Served off the cobb and dressed in crema, cotija cheese and lime, this food truck favorite will leave you asking for more.

Finally, roll, fry and dip your way through our Jalapeno Cream Cheese Croquettes. Served with tangy, creamy homemade ranch dressing.

Missing your sweet fix? No worries, Chef Deb will have prepared a batch of her signature Shortbread Churro Cookies for the road!
